TOPICS AND FOCUS AREAS

  • Room : Manuela Peter, Funny: The work spaces are lagging behind. Rooms must be employee-oriented, otherwise they will have no effect. How can rooms be designed to be supportive?

  • Technology : Ivan Rizzuto, Cloud Solution: Modern and effective IT solutions, as well as the integration of AI, play a central role in today’s working world. Learn more about technologies and tools that promote efficient work and communication, as well as concrete application examples and principles that enable quick wins.

  • Mental health: Anja Rigamonti, Health Manager at Helsana Insurance, addresses the question of whether employees’ mental health is at risk and shows how mental health can be promoted in the workplace.

The originally planned fourth item on the agenda, “Organization”, will not be carried out. Unfortunately, our speaker for this topic has dropped out and a short-term replacement is not possible. By omitting this program item, we have the opportunity to give more space to the other content “Space, technology and mental health”.

  • Ivan Rizzuto is co-founder of Cloud Solution GmbH & partner at “Die Wertschaffer AG” and supports SMEs on their path through digital transformation. His expertise lies at the interface between technical know-how and business understanding, helping companies to improve their processes with customized cloud solutions and digital work strategies.


  • Anja Rigamonti is a health manager at Helsana Insurance. She has extensive specialist knowledge and plenty of practical experience in the field of mental health – and she knows how to promote it in the workplace.
