Smart Factory: Digitalization in production

30. January, 17:00 - 18:30

Lean and digitalization as the key to success

While digitalization has become an integral part of everyday private life, companies face major challenges when it comes to specifically integrating it into their business processes. Even if the visions of “Smart Factories” and “Industry 4.0” are tempting, the central question remains: How can companies successfully put them into practice?

This balancing act between vision and implementation is a central theme of our impulse event. Find out why the combination of digitalization and lean management is a successful path to sustainable implementation.

The event shortly

Together we not only look at current challenges, but also show concrete potential and solutions:

  1. Implementation measures of established companies: We present you with concrete measures that have already been implemented by successful companies.
  2. Integration of digitalization and lean: Find out which factors are important for sustainable digitalization.
  3. Digital use cases: Find out what use cases that have already been implemented look like in practice and how managers can direct and control the associated processes directly on site in the company.

Take advantage of the opportunity to further develop your production! Register for our impulse event today and be inspired by successful practical examples.
