Every year we support up to 15 start-ups in Eastern Switzerland with Startfeld , our start-up funding. We actively support founders from the brilliant idea to ongoing operation. In this way, we not only promote innovations, but at the same time drive forward sustainable business models.
In the last few weeks and months, some start-ups have managed to convince the Startfeld expert committee and win one of the coveted funding packages. The funding received for the areas of “service provider coaching”, “mentoring”, “co-working” and “project sponsors” can then be used individually, according to your own needs. The following start-ups were recently funded by us:
AIMMO
AIMMO’s mission is to optimize the handover process of rental properties in the real estate sector. The solution is easily accessible and, if required, can be easily and seamlessly integrated into an existing professional environment. No training or restructuring of workflows required.
fluidbot
Minimize the loss of drinking water worldwide due to leaking or bursting pipes – that is fluidbot’s vision. They want to do this with a self-sufficient inspection robot that controls the pipe systems.
FrugalTec
FrugalTec wants to give as many people as possible access to healthy and fresh food and at the same time make a contribution to the agriculture of the future. Therefore, they follow the development, production and sale of a plant tower for the cultivation of salads or herbs – 365 days a year!
Health Yourself
The Health Yourself team makes routine healthcare services digital and accessible from home. So far they cover home lab testing, personalized supplements and medication subscriptions (pilot).
Just in case
The increasing demand for security, especially in high-traffic areas such as public transport, universities and hospitals, is growing exponentially. This is where Jus in Case makes a contribution by breaking chains of infection and preventing diseases through the use of antimicrobial polymers in everyday products.

SFN AG enables the democratization of the smart factory through easy access to the right use cases and suitable solution providers. The Smart Factory Navigator platform enables industrial companies to drive digital transformation and strengthen industry. The basis is the Smart Factory Navigator Framework with its 44 generic use cases.
Xildi
In addition to customer-specific programs, Xildi AG develops a complete solution for investment funds. The focus is on the portfolio manager, who is automatically supported by the machine using real-time simulations and protected against errors. At the same time, all relevant fund service providers use the same integrated software, which ensures a transparent and efficient process.
YAI
YAI PoC AG (YAI) enables Point of Cares to use intelligent diagnostic services in the field of preventive and personalized medicine to protect and promote the health of their customers. With its YAI Diagnostic Services offering, YAI is focusing in a first phase on digitally supported diagnostics for early detection, analysis and monitoring of therapies, including bioinformatics in the field of multi-omics.
