The program at a glance
Creating awareness for AI in the company
At Bühler AG, the possibilities and potential of AI are clearly communicated in order to raise awareness of AI within the company. This includes the question of how data can be used effectively, what data is required and how it can be obtained. Practical examples and the presentation of successful implementations illustrate the benefits of AI in work processes, products and services. This not only creates understanding, but also acceptance, enthusiasm and, above all, benefits for AI throughout the entire company.
The path to implementing AI in the company
Corinna Rutschi and Matthias Graeber shed light on the path Bühler AG took to implement AI, the challenges they had to overcome and the approaches that were successfully implemented. They will show what added value the implementation of AI in work processes, products and services offers. They will also visualize concrete examples and describe the company’s practical experience to illustrate how AI can be successfully integrated.
Bühler Exploration Lab (BEXL)
The BEXL is a cooperation between Bühler AG and ETH Zurich to accelerate innovation processes and minimize risks. Students and engineers work together to develop simple prototypes to test key functions of industrial processes. Marcello Fabbroni shows how innovation in industry is accelerated by practical applications and close cooperation with science and how you, as a Bühler supplier, can also be involved in this process.
