Switzerland Innovation Community Platform
From September 2024, the Community Platform will offer the opportunity to make your company visible and network with innovative partners.
- Identifying research and implementation partners, as well as the required innovation methodology.
- Meeting of innovative collaboration partners to jointly address specific issues and develop suitable solutions.
- Introduce your company or organization to an interested community and showcase your special opportunities and skills.
You can also find out about specific offers and current innovation calls. We invite you to become part of this network and help shape the future together.
Employees of our member companies and organizations are invited to be active on the community platform to contribute their knowledge and ideas and to benefit from expanded access to a strong network.

Your account on the Switzerland Innovation Community Platform
Organizations exchange information on this platform. Every startup, SME, corporate, participating research partner or program organizer listed has an account that is managed by the organization’s own employees. This account makes it possible to present special skills, place offers, and invite people to your own events. Employees can also create their own accounts, search for people and skills, and benefit directly from the offers. A login is always required to edit your data and book offers.

Registration process for your personal profile
Open the Community Platform website and click on the «Join us now» button. You will be redirected to a new site where you have three options to enter the system:
- Login: If you already have a login, use this option.
- Via LinkedIn: Alternatively, you can log in using your LinkedIn account.
- No account?: «Please register here»: If you do not have an account yet, select this option. A new page will open where you can register with your personal data.
Set up my organization's own account
Registration process for your organization
Log in with your personal account . Under “Organizations” navigate to “+” and fill in as many fields as possible in the new window. Confirm your entry at the end.
If you want to edit entries of an existing organization, please make sure you are logged in.

Enter your profile and make sure to fill in the fields “Resident of…”, your focus, skills, company type and your country of origin.
- Upload your organization’s logo.
- Enter the full name of your organization
- Enter your organization’s URL (http://…)
- If possible, choose «Public» instead of «Private» to be found
- Enter a short description of your organization (max. 200 characters)
- Link us, Switzerland Innovation Park Ost, as a partner
- Enter the address of your organization
- Check the box next to “authorized person” (if applicable)
- Publish your profile by clicking the «CREATE» button.
- Look at your entry and check whether you agree to its publication.


Invite employees and your community
Invite people to your community
The community thrives on the use of the system. As an organization, invite people who are connected to your organization to participate. To do so, proceed as follows:
- Log in to the platform.
- Go to your organization’s account. You must have admin rights to invite someone.
- In the “Admin & Community” area, the button “Invite external people via email” is located directly below the people shown.
- Clicking on this button triggers an email with prepared text that you can send to the desired person. The link generated in this email allows the invited person to be displayed directly in your company’s community as soon as the new person has registered/logged in.

In order for a company or institution to appear as an organization in the individual communities of the other Swiss Innovation Parks (SIP) or Switzerland Innovation (SI), you must add the desired organization as a partner organization & network in your organization page.
Do you want to achieve a high reach for your event?
- Events become visible in the communities of other innovation parks by being added under “Organizations” when creating an event.
- To ensure maximum visibility of your event, add the Switzerland Innovation organization as a partner when publishing.
- If you add Switzerland Innovation (SI) as a partner, your event will also be published on the SI page, and when the community events page is integrated on the SI website, all your events will also be published there.
- Add another Innovation Park as a partner to your event to make it visible to their community.
- Similarly, projects become visible in the park communities where they are added.
If you write something under “News”, it is visible to the entire community.
Posts are not visible in communities of other Innovation Parks.
If you choose Message, you can write a message to a specific person or group of people.
You can choose the following settings:
An organization’s listing is personalized for each user based on the community they belong to (for example, Innovation Park Ost) and their participation in other communities. Therefore, both the content and the companies displayed that are visible on the organization page vary according to the user’s specific community affiliation. vary
Do you want to remove a company from visibility in your community, but not delete it completely? Then delete the organization partners from your page. It will still be available for the users concerned.
The same logic applies to people who leave an organization and the Innnovaation Park East.
You can grant other people admin rights. To do this, when you are logged in and in your organization, invite the desired person by selecting the “Invite external people via email” button. The link generated in this email allows the invited person to be displayed directly in your company’s community as soon as the new person has registered/logged in.
