WORKSHOP: SMART SERVICE INNOVATION
Industrial companies are faced with the challenge that traditional value propositions are accompanied by increasingly narrow margins. Digital technologies in particular offer opportunities for more profitable business models – but market entry is often only successful for large technology companies. With this workshop we support you in developing a new sustainable innovation solution or improving an existing service for your products.
Aims of the workshop
- Get to know the St. Gallen Smart Service innovation approach, which supports you in the systematic identification and translation of your customer needs into an innovative service offering
- Understand the three iterative innovation cycles and the associated 22 process steps to get from the innovation idea to implementation
- Either improve an existing service innovation process or innovate an existing offering into a new service
In a preliminary discussion, we will clarify what challenges you are facing. In addition, a discussion will be held to detail the scope and objectives of the workshop.
