Work on the development of the Sensor Innovation Hub is progressing well. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Rhine Valley Technology Roundtable format was held very successfully twice this fall. This workshop is aimed at CTOs and development managers from companies in Eastern Switzerland to discuss technological developments and, in particular, to create a climate for joint developments and innovations. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Representatives from almost 50 different companies came together at the events on September 5 and November 27. Information was provided on new developments at the OST University of Applied Sciences regarding the formation of cross-institute \u201cliving labs\u201d and on the status of the concept for the planned Swiss Chip FabLab. <\/p>

The highlight of the events was the information and discussion about the \u201cSensor Innovation Hub\u201d initiative planned for the Buchs campus. The OST University of Applied Sciences, the RhySearch research and innovation center and the Switzerland Innovation Park East want to jointly offer a new coordinated service for the entire research and development process chain in the field of sensor technology. This concept of achieving better visibility and impact to support the industry by bundling and creating a one-stop store was very well received by the industry representatives present and was also acknowledged in very positive statements. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A great success and an incentive for Switzerland Innovationpark Ost to continue on its chosen path as a sales partner.
