Convertible loan agreements<\/h2>\n

This article gives you a practical insight into how convertible loan agreements (CLAs)<\/strong> work. LEXR <\/a>explains the legal and financial principles, highlights typical clauses and terms as well as possible pitfalls.<\/p>\n

LEXR <\/a>also shows why CLAs are an attractive form of financing, particularly in the early stages of a company, and why their number should be sensibly limited.<\/p>\n

The aim is to provide start-ups with the necessary know-how for the next round of financing and to prepare them optimally for negotiations with investors. <\/p>\n
