DESCRIPTION:Labor law & leadership that really work in everyday startup life\n\nStartups quickly lose money and time in employment law – typically when hiring (contract/trial period/wage components)\, in operations (overtime/overtime\, vacation/part-time\, expenses/wage deductions\, absences) and in terminations (deadlines/locking periods\, lack of documentation). Syna shows in a practical way what is mandatory in the OR/ArG\, where there is room for maneuver and how to reduce risks with a clean setup.  Participants receive a toolbox with checklists\, samples and calculation aids as well as short paths for support in specific cases.
