SUMMARY:Starting field Partner Lunch: LEXR
DESCRIPTION:Convertible loan agreements\nThis article gives you a practical insight into how convertible loan agreements (CLAs) work. LEXR explains the legal and financial principles\, highlights typical clauses and terms as well as possible pitfalls. \nLEXR also shows why CLAs are an attractive form of financing\, particularly in the early stages of a company\, and why their number should be sensibly limited. \nThe aim is to provide start-ups with the necessary know-how for the next round of financing and to prepare them optimally for negotiations with investors. \n \n To the registration\n \nAt the Partner Lunch\, Startfeld service providers talk from the inside. At this event\, our partner provides valuable insights and gives you important tips in just 30 minutes that you can implement directly in your startup. During the lunch that follows\, open questions can be discussed and in-depth conversations can be held. \nThe partner lunches are free of charge. Registration is still necessary. \nTHE PARTNER LUNCH IN BRIEF\n Date \nDate: March 03\, 2026 \nTime: 11:45 – 13:00 \n Place \nSwitzerland Innovation Park EastLerchenfeldstrasse 39014 St.Gallen \n > To the route map \nREGISTRATION
