SUMMARY:Service provider lunch: LEXR
DESCRIPTION:That’s what it’s about\nAre you considering using convertible loans to finance your startup? At this service provider lunch with LEXR\, we take a closer look at this flexible and increasingly popular type of financing in Switzerland. \nWe clarify what convertible loans are\, discuss important terms and look at the events that trigger a conversion of the loan into company shares. We place particular emphasis on the conditions under which convertible loans are typically issued and on the 10/20 rule\, which is of interest to every Swiss startup. We will also show you how to avoid typical stumbling blocks. \n \n For registration\n \nAt the end there will be a question and answer session where you can ask the experts your questions and get answers. We look forward to an exciting exchange! \nThe service provider lunches are free of charge. Registration is still necessary. \nTHE SERVICE PROVIDER LUNCH IN BRIEF\n \n \n Date \n10 September 2024 \n \n \n Location \nInnovation Park East \nLerchenfeldstrasse 3 \n9014 St.Gallen \nREGISTRATION
